REGULAR ACTIVITIES



  BODY TUNEUP WORKSHOP, NEW SET OF CLASSES
  This is an in-person event (6 sessions)
  Instructor: Nicki D'Atellis.
  When: Fridays, Dec. 1, 8, 15, 29 and Jan. 5, 12, 11:30am to 12:30pm
Nov. 16 note: Class is full.
  Where: Community Room, 165 WEA



  BOARD GAME AFTERNOONS
  Games and cards with your neighbors, Fridays 3:30-5:30pm.
  Held in Project Open office, 180WEA room 1G. Call Project Open to reserve a seat!

  EASY WALKS
  An easy weekly half-hour stroll around the grounds of Lincoln Towers. After the cold months indoors,
  people have been enjoying fresh air and exercise with friends. People with wheelchairs and walkers
  are welcome. Available each Thursday, 2:00-2:30pm, from 180WEA. Led by experienced LT resident.

  BRISK WALKS
  A weekly brisk half-hour stroll in beautiful Riverside Park. All are welcome to this group activity.
  When: Each Thursday, 9:30-10:30am, from the Eleanor Roosevelt statue at 72nd street
  and Riverside Drive. Led by experienced LT resident.

  ART GROUP
  Meets every Friday at 2:00PM in the Project Open Office, IG, 180 WEA.







  PARKINSON'S CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
  Meets from 11:45AM to 12:45PM on the first and third Fridays of the month at the
  Project Open Office, 180 WEA. Enroll at help@ponyc.org or 212-721-8708,





  LOVE, LOSS and RESILIENCE SUPPORT GROUP
  For men and women who have been widowed within the past four years.

  TAKING CARE SUPPORT GROUP
  For caregivers of people who have Alzheimer's or other dementias.
